Spring Faux Wreath🎋🌼🌸
(Adults & Teens)
Create a spring wreath with faux flowers and greenery. It can be a perfect piece for your front door or in any room of your home. Demonstrations and assistance to each student will be provided by the instructor during the assembly time of the wreath. Please bring fabric scissors, a hot glue gun, glue sticks, and a wire cutter. Thinking Money For Kids! at the Blue Earth Community Library
(Grades K-5)
Create your own farm, learn about pet adoption, become a party planner! Kids can do all these things while becoming a financial whiz at the Blue Earth Community Library thanks to the Thinking Money for Kids program from the FINRA Foundation and the American Library Association.

Instant Guitar for Hopelessly Busy People (Online Class)

Have you ever wanted to learn the guitar but simply find it difficult to find the time? In just a few hours you can learn enough about playing the guitar to give you years of musical enjoyment, and you won’t have to take private lessons to do it. This crash course will teach you some basic chords and get you playing along with your favorite songs right away. The course is partly lecture/demonstration and partly hands-on instruction.

For over 25 wonderful years, Dawn has filled our Community Ed program with the laughter of delighted children, the sweetness of sticky fingers, and the joy of candy-covered creations. With her guidance, hundreds of gingerbread houses, spring-themed cookies, cupcakes, and Valentine’s treats have been lovingly decorated, creating cherished memories for countless kids and their families. 🍬🍭
As Dawn hangs up her Community Ed Apron for the final time, the Blue Earth Area Community Education team extends our heartfelt thanks to Dawn for her incredible dedication and enthusiasm.
