"I'VE GOT THE MUSIC IN ME" is an original show written & directed by Shelly Greimann & MAKIE Bloomer. A literal time travel to the Woodstock era, including songs from The Kiki Dee Band, James Taylor, Carol King, The Animals, etc. Do you play an instrument? Let us know!

Join the Buccaneer Beats Drumline Camp and learn the rhythms that bring the parade to life! Open to grades 6–12—no percussion experience needed. Drumline members will practice together all week and perform in the Giant Days Parade on Saturday. Fee includes camp and a T-shirt. Limit of 14, due to number of instruments.

Memorial Day weekend is the perfect time to join local history buff, AB Russ, for a fascinating guided tour through the grounds of Riverside Cemetery. History, heritage, and memories converge as AB shares captivating stories about the remarkable individuals who have left their mark on our community. Register by: May 16. In lieu of a registration fee, free will donations will be accepted on the day of the event. All donations will go to the Faribault County Historical Society. Buc football coaches and players are hosting a tackling camp focused on proper fundamentals using Atavus and Hawk Tackling techniques. The camp emphasizes safety, confidence, and correct technique while helping players build skills that translate to game situations.
Parents and youth coaches are encouraged to attend and learn these safe tackling methods. This camp is ideal for players looking to build strong fundamentals, improve confidence in contact, and develop habits that translate directly to game situations—the Buccaneer way.

This summer marks our 15th year of Shoot the Rock Basketball! We’re excited to build on what we’ve always offered with a HUGE addition.
Shoot the Rock coaches Colby and Shannon Swanson are partnering with MSU Men’s Assistant Basketball Coach Isaac Fink (Director of Be Great Basketball Training) to provide fun, fast-paced games and high-level skill development throughout the summer.

Join us between 9:00 -11:00 to practice biking skills, receive a free helmet, and learn the rules of the road. At 11:00, take a guided ride with friends and family on marked bike routes around Blue Earth. Bring your own bike or contact Community Ed if you need to borrow one (children younger than 3rd grade will need to bring their own bike). Parents are encouraged to attend; bikes will be available for adults on a first come first serve basis. Children must be able to ride independently to participate. Sponsored by City of Blue Earth Parks and Rec Department, Active Living Coalition, and the Blue Earth Police Department.
Fee: $5 per family.
