Megan Langworthy

Blue Earth Area is pleased to announce Megan Langworthy is completing her student teaching experience with Mathias Sturtz in the Special Education department at the high school. Ms. Langworthy is a graduate of Maple River High School and is currently in her last semester at Minnesota State University- Mankato. 

Ms. Langworthy lives with her family in Mapleton. She has a variety of work experience including working at a gas station, two different child care centers, as well as waitressing at Maggie J’s Restaurant and Bar in Mapleton-- which her family owns and operates. She enjoys cooking, baking, painting, and playing softball and tennis. 

Her favorite educational quote is “Every student can learn. Just not on the same day or the same way.” (George Evans).  Ms. Langworthy is excited to put her learning into practice and help her students be successful.
