Welcome JoAnna Helgeson to BEA

We are pleased to welcome JoAnna Helgeson to our staff as a new first grade teacher. JoAnna is a graduate of United South Central and attended Minnesota State University-Mankato for her degree in education. She and her husband, Dana, live southwest of Buffalo Center, Iowa and are remodeling their 100-year-old farmhouse. For the past two years, she has taught at United South Central and has also worked previously as a substitute teacher for Blue Earth Area. She is eager to again be working with the students and staff here at Blue Earth Area.
